Casa Cabana offers a secluded retreat on over 2.5 acres of pristine forest, perched at the top of a stunning ravine for breathtaking views. This modern Scandinavian-inspired home features 3 beautifully designed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with large windows in every room to maximize natural light and immerse guests in the surrounding landscape. The luxurious master suite includes a spacious walk-in closet, while the sleek, fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and a small pantry for added convenience. Cozy indoor and outdoor fireplaces create a warm ambiance year-round, while the expansive back porch provides the perfect spot to unwind and take in the serene forest views. For ultimate relaxation, guests can soak in the outdoor jacuzzi, surrounded by nature. Adding to its unique charm, all the wood used in the ceilings and floors was milled from trees on the property, creating a deep connection between the home and its natural surroundings. A dedicated laundry unit ensures comfort during longer stays. Designed to seamlessly blend modern elegance with nature, Casa Cabana is the perfect getaway for those seeking tranquility and luxury in a breathtaking setting.

Rules and Regulations

Casa Cabana House Rules

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please follow these house rules:

General Rules

  • Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 3:00pm, and check-out is at noon. Please adhere to these times unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Maximum Occupancy: The home accommodates up to 6 guests. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed without prior approval.
  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke outdoors but must properly dispose of cigarette butts.
  • No Parties or Events: Large gatherings, parties, and events are not allowed. Please respect the peaceful nature of the property.
  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially outdoors.

Property & Safety

  • Respect Nature: Casa Cabana is surrounded by a beautiful forest and ravine. Please do not disturb wildlife or damage trees and plants.
  • Fireplace Use: If using the indoor or outdoor fireplace, follow safety guidelines and never leave fires unattended. Firewood is provided, but do not burn any outside materials.
  • Jacuzzi Rules: Shower before use, do not use glassware near the jacuzzi, and replace the cover when not in use.
  • No Shoes Indoors: To maintain the integrity of the wood floors, please remove shoes when inside the home.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Electric Stove: Please do not leave any plastic bags or plastic items on top. There will be a $100 fee to clean any burnt plastic. 
  • Keep It Tidy: Please treat the home with care. Clean up spills promptly and use coasters on wooden surfaces.
  • Trash & Recycling: Dispose of garbage in the designated bins and separate recyclables accordingly.
  • Dishes: Load and start the dishwasher before checking out.

Pets & Wildlife

  • Pets are not allowed unless approved by management.
  • Wildlife Awareness: The property is in a natural setting, so be mindful of local wildlife. Do not leave food outside.

Check-Out Instructions

  • Ensure all windows and doors are locked.
  • Report any damages or issues before departure.
  • Cleaning fee of $150 will be charged prior to your arrival.

Repairs & Damages

  • Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can address them promptly.
  • Guests are responsible for any significant damage beyond normal wear and tear. Charges may apply for excessive damage, lost keys, or missing items.
  • If something breaks during your stay, please let us know immediately—we want to ensure the home stays in excellent condition for you and future guests.
